Sautéed chanterelles

 

In a sauté pan, combine:

            Chanterelles, carefully cleaned

            Olive oil or melted butter

Toss the mushrooms to coat them evenly with the oil. Place the pan over medium-high heat and sauté the mushrooms until golden, about 5–10 minutes.

 

Serve with:

            Fresh thyme leaves (optional)

            Sea salt (optional)

            Crusty bread
