Grilled fava beans
Over a bed of hot coals, on a preheated and lightly oiled grill, place:
12–20 fava beans, in their shells
Grill the fava beans on both sides until tender, about 5–10 minutes.
When the shells become slightly blackened, the beans are usually done, remove them from the grill and shell them.
Serve plain or with:
Butter or olive oil
