Croquettes Sausages

 

Combine in a bowl:

            3 small potatoes (300 grams), boiled

            ½ pound ground turkey (200 grams) or finely chopped chicken breast, cooked

            4 ounces grated hard cheese (100 grams)

            1 to 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped

            1 clove garlic, minced

            1 egg

            Salt and pepper

Mash the ingredients together until thoroughly mixed.

With your hands, form the mixture into small sausages or balls.

Roll the sausages in breadcrumbs.

In a frying pan, heat 3 tablespoons cooking oil and fry the sausages, turning them until until golden brown on all sides.

Serve immediately with beans.
