Asparagus, simply roasted


Preheat oven to 400°f.

On a baking sheet, place in a single layer:

1 pound asparagus spears, tough ends snapped off

Drizzle with:

Olive oil

Sprinkle with:

Sea salt

Roll the spears back and forth to coat with oil.

Roast for five to ten minutes until tender.

Serve warm.
